I think all of the bad reviews are very judgemental and maybe aren't taking into consideration what it is that they're paying for. The prices at this salon are very reasonable, if you want spectacular service then go into London and pay £60 for a shellac manicure. I personally love this salon, I come here for shellac, eyebrows and underarm wax every two weeks. Asi is the nicest girl you could ever wish to do your nails and she is genuinely amazing (I have had an experience with another girl who I won't name but after that treatment I had to ask for them to be redone by someone else but that is the only time that I have had a problem). I used to go to Nail'd It in Richmond which is more expensive and a much more glamorous. private salon but their shellac was terrible compared to Asi's at Living It Up. My shellac has currently been on for over 2 weeks and doesn't have the slightest chip. Sometimes you have to wait for an appointment but it is a busy salon in the centre of Staines so if you walk in at 2pm on a Saturday you will have to wait, however I never make an appointment and I go in the mid-week and I have never waited. If you want your nails doing, go in and ask for Asi and you won't be disappointed.

Tidy, small and friendly branch of the chain. Easy enough to find what I wanted though the only stock a fairly small selection of stationary. Lots of sale items clearly marked and has a large selection of new releases prominently displayed.

I purchased a Carbon Fibre Upper Appron for my bmw M3 F80 of Teddy @ SSDD Motorsport Few months ago and the quality was A* & it was also delivered in two days which was unbelievable. Although it is notoriously tricky at times to replace bulbs in the headlights on this vehicle, the guys there were quick and efficient and had the job sorted in just a few minutes. I recently bought my daughters first car from them and I wish I had known about them when I needed a car for myself! Kevin and Monica are wonderful and genuinely care. The world’s best kept secret… they're so good that I’m reticent to share them with others, but their service was so excellent that it's only fair that I do. I bought a Mercedes CLK from them and from the moment I picked up the phone until I got there they were fantastic. I had to travel up from the south coast and Kevin even kept the car aside for me, so that I didn't have a wasted journey. They even helped me with my tax and insurance once there! As I purchased an older car a small fault occurred after the sale and Kevin was good enough to honour his word and pay for it to be corrected. If you're looking for a great car, with the service and integrity to match, then you've found the right place. I couldn't recommend them higher. They have a great range of cars and some really nice convertibles. Their prices were very reasonable and they're so genuine it's a pleasure to buy from them. You won’t be disappointed.

A fresh approach to car sales. Picked up my new Suzuki Swift from Simon Allen and Nathan on Monday 23rd and it could not have been an better experience. Left my second time feeling more confident and made a deal with Simon which worked in both our favours with my current car to trade in and for the car I wanted from them. We were very pleased with our purchase. Nothing was too much trouble - we had two good test drives on different days. There was no hard sell and all the staff were very helpful. Once we had made our decision the car was available quickly. There was a detailed handover when we took over the car. All in all it was a pleasant experience and we love the car!

Get most of my fuel from Shell in Staines. Staff are polite and helpful. Plus the Shell Reward Card is a plus to have as well as Pay as you Go.

I lost wallet afternoon yesterday (6/12) where fill petro, was so nervous, and luckily the lady found and sent to Shell staff. Keerthan, staff work in Shell shop, he found me on social network and contacted immediately, how nice, thanks God good people still around, I feel so lucky and thanks him and the lady so much, God bless you two xx

Always cheap diesel. Sometimes may have to wait a few mins to fill up. Very small forecourt. People queue up. Especially taxi drivers early in the morning. Pay at pump not available when shop is attended. I don't like this. They want you to go in and spend more money. With such a tiny forecourt they should focus on faster refuelling turnarounds not making people walk to the shop to pay for fuel. When pay at pump is enabled you can be in and out in minutes. These pumps seem to fill the tank quite fast too but I never timed it.

This is not a petrol station attached to an Asda supermarket but it does have an excellent mini mart packed with loads of useful stuff. Excellent hot food drinks and snacks.

Nice petrol station only 2 negatives. Staff behind the counter need to at least be welcoming. One lady very miserable. We come the car wash needs to have less pap in the ma chime. Takes Twice as long to wash off therefore more money in the jet wash.

Good prices for the area with pay at pump and kiosk available. Diesel prices always the lowest I can find in the area and open 24 hours, however may be pay at pump only. Needs a chip and pin card though so contactless is no good for pay at pump. Great location for refuelling before returning a rental car to any of the Heathrow rental companies, roughly 10-15 minutes away.

Good staff, free air for tyres and prices not to bad. If you get to there store earlier on in the day there stocks are very good.

Good Petrol Station. For me the only things they are missing to make it five star are the taste the difference sandwiches which they sell in the main store. They have Costa Coffee Machine now which is great for quick coffee

A small, independent motorcycle dealer who I used for a number of years. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, trustworthy and friendly. Will always be my first 'port of call' if I had problems with my bike or if I needed advice and I would recommend it to others.

Had my CBT done with Ace Training last summer, had never ridden a motorcycle before and it was great fun! Now few months later I decided to do the DSA course with these guys again, and after few training days I passed both Mod 1 and Mod 2 for the first time. Will certainly recommend them to anyone who wants getting on with bike riding, guys know their stuff, they are very friendly and patient :) Luke, Derek, Fiona - thank you very much, it was great experience!

I thoroughly recommend this training company. I spent the day doing CBT with Luke, Who was extremely professional, giving everyone key coaching, being patient in teaching all key aspects during on site and on road training sessions. Good facilities also. I found it best to email them to arrange the booking, they responded quickly and arranged the booking efficiently.

Nice place and friendly staff. Good to pick up a bargain and help with their cause at the same time.

I have purchase two pairs of their own brand jeans from here a few months apart. Both are okay for the money except all four of front pockets have ripped very easily after while meaning you are forced to keep cash and mobile in your back pockets..a picks picketers dream!

A really great sized M&S, accessible from both the High-Street and the Elmsleigh Center. The Food court is now the only supermarket in Staines Town center, and my favourite. It has a great selection and quality is always top notch, with prices not as bad you’d expect. The clothes section isn’t bad and the men’s section is fairly big on the first floor. Up there there is also a cafe, which is quite well hidden.

Good for a quick shop of clothes or food. Queue is never too big (except xmas) so ur never waiting long to get served. Food section also has self service check out. Nicely spaced aisles for browsing

I love TKMaxx! This one is pretty good. They have loads of lovely clothes and handbags and purses and toiletries and bargains! The men's stuff is good too. I really enjoy looking through the rails and seeing what new stuff they have. You have to grab what you see when you see it, as stuff moves fast and you might not see it again. The Homewares are good. Lots of kitcheny bits at great prices. Recommended.

Hello, I would like to say a big thank you to the young gentleman who was on the till of tkmaxxx in Staines on the afternoon of 5th January. He helped me find my coat which I stupidly lost trying some clothes in the shop. He spent time searching with me for my coat showing empathy and a real compassion. First time visiting this store. Impressed with the style of clothing and also the sizes, which unlike most shops, are true to size if not a bit loose. I am bordering on a 20 and got comfortably in to an 18!! Prices are a bit high but I paid happily £22 for stretch trousers in a size 18 that fit like a glove. Staff very helpful too and all 'normal' sized women who looked great. I will be visiting again soon.

It's an interesting place to work. It can be a pretty busy studio with lots of extras, runners, staff, people making movies, tv shows and commercials. Plus, you can spot the odd star!

I popped in for some knitting place markers and a storage tray for beads, place markers, etc. I got both as expected. Two Rivers in Staines is easy to get to; the only drawbacks are the fact that parking is not free and the car parks are usually pretty busy. The parking cost may be to encourage you not to linger to allow others in to the car park. It is open air parking and on a nice day it is OK (the car parks are split by the river Colne) but may need hoods or umbrellas on wet ones.

Generally good though lots of items not on shelves when meant to be in stock. So call ahead if you're making a special journey. Sometimes long waits as there does not seem to be that many staff here.

My recent experience, well A big thank you to all the staff at the staines branch, ordered a kitchen, had regular updates, Lisa Who Went out of her way to ensure that the delivery ran smoothly, she’s very experienced and a excellent planner even working late into the evenings, matty delivered goods, phone call when in close proximity to property, nothing too much trouble , and after service call Tina, answered all questions, just found her most helpful. I don’t know how they cope with the troublesome Hardware technology within the store, printer glitches, and tills, Must be very frustrating for them,

Have used this company for over 3years now for light fittings and tools and they always come up trumps. Excellent friendly staff whose knowledge is second to none and if it's not in store they will bend over backwards to get it.

Great store, have bought a lot here... in the other shopping area opposite the two rivers it has decent parking and the store as a very good size. They do a huge range of stuff, prices sometimes a bit high but always worth a look around. I’ve found the staff very helpful, especially in the computer and television department, always asking for help. Have bought two TVs here and the staff were always friendly, Informative and helpful.

Very well layed out, plenty of options and staff to assist, Member of staff called Richard didn't just straight on us, but approached us after a few minutes to check we were okay. He was very friendly and helpful and didn't try to convince us to buy expensive options or anything unnecessary. He even went to collect his alternative suggestion and proceeded to take us to a till and serve us, big thank you to him.

Service is good, but bad aftersales, purchased a phone on wednesday, tried calling at least 15 times all day thursday and no answer. 4 times this morning and still no answer. i can understand not picking up the phone when you are busy as i work in the same situation but over 20 times is obscene. i even left it at least 5 hours and called again.

I just want to say that we have had very satisfied dealing with a lovely polite and patient young man with name Aziz. Number one customer service. He helped me with purchase of my new iPhone. Did a fantastic job for my mum funeral today, not just the quality of the beautiful flower arrangements... but from the first meet through helping us chose our arrangements, ordering in special cards, helping us through this hard and sad times and overall qualify and attention to detail to make sure each of our arrangements were exactly as we wanted ... the service was far far more than most, if not any other florists would do for people. Lovely and so nice lady’s could not recommend them more. Used to be the local hot-spot shop for me but it was a Morrison's local which meant they sold 6 strawberry jam tarts in one packet instead of assorted flavours. Unforchers The Co-op do not sell said variety of jam tarts and has to be marked down accordingly. Simples.....

Great local garden center, does almost everything you need at an affordable price. Plenty of parking and staff is always very friendly. They have a good gifts and home section as well as a pretty decent cafe. At Christmas time they have loads of decorations (although in recent years it hasn’t been as good) it’s still a must go in the area go Christmas time. We always get our Christmas tree here every year and they have great service for that too!

Really nice garden centre that does a nice big range of products, plant area can seem a little empty at times but usually enough. Since the refit it's looking a lot nice and has a really nice restaurant and children's play area with sitting near by. While it does have a wide range of items they are usually fairly expensive if you can find pricing. The car park is a decent size and never had any problems parking. They also have maidenhead aquatics inside next to the pet area which does a good range of products, I have brought quite a few fish which have all been long lasting from them and the staff are helpful with very good knowledge.

Pretty decent selection of jewelry with fair prices. Very friendly staff. Bought an engagement ring with them and liked the policy of 30 days return if something goes wrong. (And the ring was not used, of course) In my case the size was not correct. Note: they have sales from time to time, so if you plan way ahead you might be able to get a better deal.

I went shopping for an engagement ring with my mum and we started our search in Goldsmiths at Two Rivers, Staines. I explained what sort of ring I wanted though my description was somewhat vague. My personal sales advisor, Heidi, presented a selection of rings as close to what I described as possible as well as some other rings for contrast and comparison. All this whilst my mum was sipping on her fruit juice that another member of staff had offered and provided. Heidi, answered all my questions and patiently put up with my ignorance, and therefore endless questioning, about diamond rings. I visited four other Jewelers that day and no other retailer could match the level of customer service and overall experience that I received at the hands of the Goldsmiths team in Staines. Thank you.

My experience at goldsmiths in Staines was fantastic!! I was served by what i can only describe as a TRUE gentleman. He welcomed me into the shop as if it we was royalty!!! I originally only came in to browse for earrings for my daughter and ended up buying a tag heuer watch. My first ever high value watch; he described all the functions and the history of the brand which really intrigued both myself and my wife. A beer and glass of champagne later i made my purchase (something we've never had in a jewellery shop!). The best customer service, hospitality and attitude i've EVER experienced in a jewellers. Even when the clocks went forward he was ready at hand with a drink, and gave us the SAME treatment when he was adjusting the time. Highly recommended; especially who can only be described as creme dela creme of goldsmiths tarik and the rest of the staff!!!!

I had already bought a pair of walking shoes from Trespass in Brighton. I went here to see whether they had any more bargains. The quality of their goods compared to Mountain Warehouse is so much better, and the prices are roughly on a par. I found a lovely pair of lightweight walking trainers for £19.99. The lady who served me was very good. Cheerful, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately this time they had run out of my size, but I'll be back to try again in the near future. The store is fully accessible, and although a little narrow in places between displays, is easy to get around. My first choice for outdoor clothing and camping.

I rarely write reviews. I purchased a Buffalo Belay Jacket by ordering it online. As it was over the Xmas 2017 period, I did not expect delivery until mid Jan. It was delivered within 20 hrs of the dispatch email from Lansdale, using Royal mail and me not paying any extra. I received the jacket, within 2 days of Lansdale coming back from their Xmas closure period. Excellent service. The jacket was the cheapest for it's size on the internet at the time. Buffalo jackets do not need further advertising, they are robust and warm. Lansdale have a great range to choose from. I am 50 years old and am not connected to this shop at all.

I contacted Lansdale because I made a mistake with my order. The response from Lansdale was excellent. They rectified my mistake and then gave me some helpful advice minimizing the wait from the manufacturer. I received my order in days rather than the weeks the manufacturer's backlog could have caused.

Good pet shop & sell most things dog/cat food, treats, beds, leads, harnesses but no live animals. Staff are very knowledgeable and eager to help if u need advice. Not a cheap shop but moderate in price. If u have a cat that likes catnip I recommend the one they sell in a test tube, my cats Love it & react to it more than any other I've tried.

I went there for some grooming advice and nutritional advice for my cat. I got met by Jake in the Staines branch and I was extremely happy with the way I was dealt with. Back to the old fashioned way of dealing with customers nicely correctly and without any degree of hurry and endless advice that I couldn't falter. I will come back again and again. I don't need advice every single time I come to the shop; but when I know they have got the willingness to offer help I am so grateful. Andy Chipling.

First time here, took son for a waterski lesson. Very friendly instructor (Elliot) ran on time. Changing facilities pretty basic but you shouldn't arrive at an activity like this expecting a spa! Hope the milk arrived, look forward to a hot drink when we come next week. Thanks all.

Quite a good selection in Staines, prices can differ widely from really good to overpriced and cheaper to buy new elsewhere. The service is generally very slow and music in the shop can be very loud and not always good for family's

Excellent tasting menu. Wonderful food and great service. The taste and quality were outstanding and worth every penny. The staff were courteous and attentive and although the maitre d' was a little intrusive he said that this was his last week at Great Fosters so no doubt his successor will be more discreet. Watch out Jersey; that's where he is heading! The food was served beautifully and explained in detail. Prepared exquisitely each dish was carefully thought out and brilliantly executed. The Tudor Room added to the ambience and we would definitely recommend the experience.

Try its fine dining 4 course lunch or 6 course dinner. A culinary delight at very fair price. Must be experienced. Best food and best service I have ever had.
